When to Arrive
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
This allows time for:
- check-in
- waiver confirmation
- equipment fitting
- a short safety and orientation overview

What to Expect
This is real Florida — not a theme park.
You may experience:
- sun, heat, humidity
- wind or calm stillness
- bugs (seasonally)
- getting a little wet
- changing river conditions

We’ll guide you before you launch so you feel confident, whether you’re brand new or experienced.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing:
- Water
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
- Comfortable clothing that can get wet
- Secure footwear (water shoes or sandals with straps)
- A small dry bag for personal items (optional)
- A change of clothes for after (optional)
You’re welcome to bring a small, kayak-friendly cooler — just be sure everything is secure and that all trash is packed out with you.

No problem — we offer a selection of river essentials in our store, including items like:
- sunscreen
- drinks and snacks (with a focus on aluminum or glass when possible)
- basic gear
We also offer optional add-ons for certain experiences.
Experience Level
Our experiences are designed to be accessible for beginners while still enjoyable for those with experience.
We provide:

- route recommendations

Safety & Physical Considerations
Kayaking is an active outdoor experience.
Guests should:
- be comfortable around water
- be able to paddle and sit in a kayak for the duration
- be able to enter and exit a kayak with minimal assistance
Life jackets are provided and required for all participants while on the water.
If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out ahead of time.
Weather & Conditions
We operate rain or shine within safe and reasonable conditions.
Florida weather can change quickly — that’s part of the experience.
If conditions become unsafe:
- we may delay, reschedule, or cancel
- you’ll be notified via email and/or text message (if opted in)
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Changes made 24+ hours in advance receive a credit toward a future reservation
- Within 24 hours: non-refundable
- Weather-related changes will be rescheduled or credited
