Do you provide gear?

Fishing kayak rentals include:

  • Fishing kayak equipped with rod holders and an angler-friendly setup
  • Paddle
  • USCG-approved life jacket (PFD)
  • Basic safety and route orientation
  • Launch access to the Withlacoochee River
  • On-site staff available for basic guidance and setup assistance

What to bring?

  • Fishing rod and tackle (unless selecting a Fishing-Ready add-on)
  • Valid Florida fishing license
  • Water
  • Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
  • Comfortable clothing that can get wet
  • Secure footwear (water shoes or sandals with straps)
  • Small dry bag for personal items (optional)
  • Small towel and/or change of clothes (optional)

Do we need a fishing license?

Guests are responsible for complying with all Florida fishing regulations, including possessing a valid fishing license.

Is it kid-friendly?

Yes. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We recommend experiences for children approximately 8 years and older, depending on comfort level and ability to follow instructions.
